Benchmade Balisong pimping question

I have pretty much given up on finding a benchmade 42mc at a reasonable price for an edc, so I was thinking about putting a pocket clip onto a regular old benchmade 42.

Just checking with you guys to see if anyone here had done a similar project and how it had turned out. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated

I think in the end I might just end up have somebody else do this, figured I would check here first.

Well, the problem is if you want to reproduce the look of the 42mc, you would have to mill out a groove where the clip is sunk into the handle. However, if you don't mind having any old clip on the knife, you can drill and tap the threads for the clip yourself, using a drill press. Couldn't be that hard of a job. You could probably send it off to someone on the forums who could do it for you.
