Benchmade behind on warranty service

My 940 was delivered to them on the 26th of jan. Just called today for an update and was told my knife wasent in the system, of course this worried me but, i was then told that they are just logging the knives received on the 23, as you can imagine i am a little frustrated, just wondering if anyone else has had any experience like this from benchmade? BTW they cant even assure me my knife is safely in their possession...
 
This is common. BKC processes over 500 knives at any given time for warranty repair. That's a lot of to-do's. And over ten years of collecting with many sent up, they haven't lost one of mine
 
Just sent in a 710 for service/warranty on Sat. Checked tracking, looks like it will land today. I wont hold my breath, sounds like it will take a little longer than normal. Not worried however, Im sure they will catch up, get everything sorted.

Machine/tool marks on liners..stand-off/barrel spacer conversion. Not sure if they still provide that courtesy.
