just thought I would share a little piece I just finished up with. First time doing it and it was all done with a 1.5" sanding drum and a high speed drill in a vice.
Then wet sanded to 600 grit including the spine of the blade, all for about 25 bucks for the g10 and the drum sander attachment

It feels soooo much better in the hand than the skinny original one.

I did learn a few things to do and not to do, which one almost cost me getting all new hardware.
Really, the hardest part was sanding that s30v, man that stuff is hard, I was REALLY not looking forward to drilling on it if I had to replace the hardware

Just a update...I had to epoxy the handle to the blade with the screws in it.
I guess the screws could not hold the handle in place tight enough with the extra width and less threads holding it on. But it is DEFINITELY not going anywhere now...lol

Also added a tek loc to the sheath, had to drill extra holes and cut off the Molle attachment, only thing I don't like is it sits pretty high up so may end up getting a kydex sheath made for it
