Benchmade crooked river authenticity

I recently bought this knife but I noticed it only says s30v and not the patent number like I’ve seen on their website. is this an authentic benchmade?

I guarantee if you directly asked benchmade if it was real, they'd tell you they've made some with the patent numbers and some without. That has been the case with many other models.
