Benchmade Crooked River blade question

Looks like they forgot to grind the swedge on the left side. I’m sure they’ll take care of it if you give customer service a call.
 
definitely call customer service. They'll ask you to probably send those pictures to them. But they will put a new blade on that for you i guarantee it.
 
I like Benchmade but this the worst of the worst . Shame on you benchmade for letting crap like this leave your factory. A $189 knife should be spot on . Have some pride in your knife making .

The answer for all Benchmade send it back they have great customer service. Now I know why they charge so much .

I have an unused Crooked River hunt in my collection. I noticed the other day that the top end of the blades chamfer's do not match. The right side has a chamfer where the other side does not.

Thank you Jimmy and whoever is behind the BKC Customer Service account. One of the reasons that I buy Benchmade is knowing the CS is there to take care of me.
