Off Topic Benchmade custom shop shipping to Europe

Is there any reason why Benchmade does not send Customized Knifes to Europe?
Maybe some restrictions by the goverment or high taxes?

I would love a Custom mini Crooked River from the site.
But the Orange Color that i can buy in European Online stores is not my thing.
I would for sure buy the shipping fee if this would mean i can get the Knife how i like it

Open an account with one of the companies that provides you with a US address, consolidates your stuff and forwards it to you (I’ve used Stackry). It’s an expensive work around because they charge a fee and use couriers rather than USPS but it’s a solution if you REALLY want a particular knife.
