Benchmade customer service is AMAZING!

A few weeks ago I sent in my knife in for some warranty work and they spotted a little crack in the handle that I did not even mention in the warranty service paper and replaced both of the scales for me free of charge! Not only that but I emailed them and asked for two pocket clips and they emailed me back within the hour and said that they were on there way, now that's great customer service!
 
About a week ago I wrote benchmade with my concerns on thier tool kit. Well last night I recieved a email from a lady named Crystal. In the email she asked for my mailing address. She is sending me out a tool kit at no charge. That act alone will keep me buying benchmade knive. I have to say good customer serviceis rare these days and Benchmade has set the bar for customer service. :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
 
I have to +1 agree they are very good to me and I own a few...

I think thats what keeps me coming back; that and I like the axis.
