Benchmade customer service, simply outstanding!!!

Bought a Contego from BM website, received it two days ago and it was missing the glass breaker. Called yesterday, Amber was super friendly and sent me an overnight air mail paid UPS return label. I slapped the label on the box and dropped it off last night at a UPS store. Today I get an email that my package is on it's way back to me, I recon probably a brand new replacement knife.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE bar none, Benchmade likely ate up $30 worth of shipping and replaced the knife before they even got it back just to take care of me ASAP. Gotta love the Butterfly.

BM you are now officially my favorite knife company, your customer service is light years ahead of Spyderco's and definitely edge out Kershaw/ZT also.
 
:thumbup::) Can't think of better customer service/ warranty's from a knife company. Can anybody?
 
Great to read that Benchmade was so on point -and congrats on the new Contego :thumbup::thumbup:
 
What do they do for there customer's as much as Benchmade? Curious?


I have had both companies treat me very well dealing with their customer service such as paying for all shipping cost as well as replacing tools with brand new ones no questions asked. I once sent Gerber a MP400 multitool with all the tools missing from one side and they replaced it with a brand new tool without question. :thumbup:
