Please chime in if you have one.
I am looking for general opinions/thoughts on this folder.

Thanks BF :).

held it several times but dont own one yet. VERY VERY smooth action. very sharp s30v. handle is soft and feels natural. a large gentlemans folder is how i would classify it. its definitely on my list.

Extremely smooth, nice blade shape, easy to sharpen S30V that holds an edge, ergonomic handle, and just a comfortable knife all around. It was my first real knife and I loved it very much.

Have the mini and full size. Gorgeous. One of the smoothest opening knives I've seen. I know a fellow owner who described the action as better than sex the first time he opened it. Highly recommend it.

Smooth, classy, well made. I've never quite felt such a comfortable G-10 handle; feels like timber, but repels moisture. Had an oldtimer ask to look at mine just the other day, and damned if he didn't ask what kind of wood the handle was made of.

All in all, one of the best over-the-counter factory knives I've acquired in a long time.

I have the Mini Dejavoo and like it very much. It is truly a work of art. Very smooth, all perfectly centered, exceptional blade geometry. The pocket clip is not as tight as I would like it to be though. All in all worth the money.

Love my Dejavoo! Everyone here described it pretty well. It's a large gentleman's folder. The liner-lock doesn't look like much, but feels very solid. It's a joy to hold in the hand. It can be a little loose though out of the box. I tightened my pivot just about 1/8 of a turn and got it perfect. I think that it helped with the weak ball detent

Awesome knife. The action is very smooth, and it looks very classy. It's a 4 inch blade, do there is plenty of edge to it, and comes with s30v. The G-10 is reallth smooth, feels really good in your hand. The liner lock is the strongest line I've ever used. No play.

 Thanks for the responses (and photo), and all positive as well.
This looks like one well made production blade that i will be ordering shortly.

Don't think you will regret it; I wasn't a fan of liner locks until I got my big Dejavoo; it is so smooth and easy to handle; I like the large size; in fact I can't think of anything I don't like about it! Am toying with the idead of getting the smaller one, too.

I have a mini Dejavu, I have it in my pocket at the moment. When I got it, I had to tighten the pivot slightly because the weight of the blade was enough to open it.

In addition to EDC, I use it quite a bit in the kitchen. Nice knife, I can also open and close it with my left hand.

I have always liked Bob Lum's designs. I was fortunate enough to meet him at a knife show a few years ago, very nice guy.

Fantastic smooth folder. Mine has become my EDC folder. One of the most comfortable knives I've ever handled.

I have both, and have been EDCing the 745 for the past few weeks. Both are great, but the 745 is too big for my daily needs. They are the smoothest opening folders I have. The fit and finish are superb. Probably one of the sharpest out of the box. The S30V holds the edge for a long time. I love the Lum blade design. 740 opens with a wrist flick, which I like. They are tip-down only carry, if that matters to you. I would recommend the mini, just because it fits better in the pocket.

I would like to get another one. Would they be as strong, as a spyderco military?

I just ordered another one! They are one of these best opening, and feeling folders, that I have owned.

I would highly doubt it'd be quite as strong as a military. It really is just a nice gentleman's folder. Cuts like a dream, but I wouldn't abuse it through chopping and whatnot.

+1 the blade shape and grind make it a wonderful cutter.

Overall a great knife, made with excellent materials. The one thing that I did not like was the liner lock. On mine, it was way too loose, thus it did not give me much confidence in it and I traded it. I never noticed blade play, it was solid though. Just too easy to disengage the lock for me. It's definitely worth taking a look at.
