I am a huge fan of the Doug Ritter Grips with custom scales. I think the blade shape is fantastic, probably my favorite blade profile on any knife. Not only because of aesthetics but performance as well. Significantly thinner behind the edge compared to the regular 551.

Does anyone else have interest in a premium Doug Ritter grip with G-10? I don't think it's too far fetched considering Benchmade makes several KnifeWorks exclusives already and have already upgraded the blade steel to M390.

Interested to hear your thoughts, guys :)

I would be interested especially that they now have several different G10 options for Griptilians due to the expansion of the build it program.
So they have the materials/ handle slabs.
It wold probably price out a bit over $200 if I were to guess. Still interested. M4? Their making the other Griptilian blades in M4 and 20CV.

Big talk about a new Ritter coming out on another forum. Guys saw a prototype at blade show.

The Ritter Grip blade with M390 is the best, especially with the AWT scales.
I say go for it.

I recently had a chance to try out the AWT scales and they're my least favorite. surprisingly heavy for aluminum and sharp edges. The Wilkins are my favorite followed by the IGORDED scales from russia

I have a Ritter Grip with Wilkins scales. I thought this would be my dream knife but I still carry my standard large Ritter Grip more.

Reason being is the weight. I love the light weight of the knife combined with the Axis lock and the awesome cutting power of the M390 steel.

Some different scales I had

Have the new g10 scales on it now

But yeah fantastic knife one of favorite folders.
