Benchmade Doug Ritter mini-Griptilian video review

Nice job on the review. I have yet to get a mini version of this knife, but I have carried the large Ritter daily for about 2 years and absolutely love it. They really are a value for the price. I keep finding myself looking for higher end folders to carry, like a Sebenza for instance, but then I realize that I don't need one. My Ritter is plenty of folder for me.

Thanks.

Thanks. I agree - for the money you can't go wrong with it.

the mini ritter is my main EDC just disappears in the pocket and it is super strong and with s30v and axis lock makes it perfect.. wilkins grips might make it better but at $140 its not happening for me

awesome video btw how is the handle as far as fitting 4 fingers on it for you? i use my thumb on the jimping on the blade and 4 fingers on the handle seems to work for me i am still toying with the idea of custom handles from cuscadi or wilkins but im having a tough time justifying the cost vs buying another knife

Glad you liked the video - thanks! I just did a comparison vid between the Ritter and regular mini-grip.

The mini fits just fine in my hand, especially for its size. I hadn't seen the Wilkin's grips, but some of them sure are pretty. And yikes, some of his custom knives start at 800 euro????? $1000+ for one of those knives? I don't think I could casually carry a $1k knife as an EDC blade. I guess I wear a $5k watch and don't think much of it now that I'm used to it, but at least I know its not going to fall off my wrist (or out of my pocket like a knife might). Crazy.
