Benchmade Fixed Resistor

I’m thinking abut buying the Benchmade Fixed Resistor and wondered if anyone here had any opinions on it. I’ve never had the opportunity to hold the knife so any feedback on how it feels in the hand and how well it cuts a variety of materials would be greatly appreciated.

I was also wondering if it is possible to unscrew the belt loop portion from the sheath (without breaking it) and then running paracord or a chain through the two holes on the bottom of the sheath and then wearing it as a neck knife (obviously upside down). Does the knife click into the sheath firmly?
