for a tactical knife, last resort defense oriented.....

benchmade Nimravus 154cm 4.5"
Benchmade Fixed presidio 154cm 6.5"
Rat rc-6 1095 6"

I really like the look of the Presidio, but is 2" of blade that big of a difference between it and the Nimravus... and how do the two steels compare between the benchmades and the RAT. all great knives but which to choose?
 
I am one of the few on here who probably likes 154cm compared to S30V. So I do like the BM steel, however, the RC-6 has magic in the blade. With that said I would not have it for a self defense knife.

I would choose between the benchmade cskII, and the rat-6. All depends on cost, and if you are finding yourself in very many last ditch self-defence situations, you need to reflect upon your life style choices.
