I cannot tell by the pictures I've seen.

It absolutely does. Nothing like the north fork, but the recurve is most definitely there. Amazing knife by the way!!! My second favorite Benchmade knife out of 15. Close second to the original 940

Tried this knife, loved the design but the blade stock is way too thick in my opinion.
