I've got to make some room for other knives, so I'm letting my user Gold Grip go. I've had it in my carry rotation for a few months. It hasn't seen any hard use. There are some scuffs in the coating and on the clip & hardware, but they're minor. They barely show up in some pictures, so I took a couple close-ups & a couple with the flash to make sure you can see what you're getting. The M4 blade has not been sharpened & still slices through paper smooth & easy. Comes in the original box with the certificate of authenticity, etc. I'm asking $250 *SOLD*, which includes insured priority shipping in the US and any paypal fees. Money orders are fine if you don't want to use paypal. I'll also consider trades or partial trades. I'm mainly looking for some liner lock AFCK's or TSEK's (Benchmade 800, 803 & 804) in good shape. Pictures below:

Thanks for looking. Let me know if you have any questions.

You're not stepping on the thread. That's a heck of a question. I guess the thing to do is contact Benchmade & see if they can shed any light. I'll let you know what I find out.

I'm sure its just a production mistake. Its an awesome knife and a great deal.

For anyone interested, Benchmade's response was:

"I'm guessing that the one is 667 and was misread as 664 for lasermarking, which makes this a unique situation. Other than that, it's an obvious error."
