benchmade griptilian hurts my hand..

huys I was using my benchmade griptilian in the cold and I was cutting up some cardboard...and during cutting I took a break because my hand kept hurting and it is beat red...is it because this was my first time rele using the knife this hard? Does the handle get more comfortable or smoother as time goes on?

Really they are not the most comfortable handles for hard use . I have found they do smooth some over time but it isn`t a fix they are still pretty rough.

Especially in the cold when your hands aren't warm): lol I mite keep it for summer and other stuf. My delica 4 is my baby and it is perfect lol just no edge I can't wait for xmas so I get my sharpener
