Benchmade Griptillian Zero grind

I saw a virtuovice video of him zero grinding a Griptillian. It was similar to a Scandi. Would this be a good idea?

Try it and tell me. It's a proven grind when the steel can take it.

Depends on the steel. CM-154, I dunno. Maybe CTS-XHP, CPM-20V, or plain old 1070/1080/1095, or (preferably) 52100.

I thought virtuovice was a convex grind fan. He usually puts convex grinds on all of his knives since he is skilled with the water stones.
