Benchmade/HK Soldat

Anybody know anything about the new Benchmade HK Soldat, 14410/11? I'm interested in how good that lock is, as well as general impressions.

Also, any feedback on the handles? They are Grivory (whatever that is). Is this different from the Valox on the Barrage (which I did not like at all)?
 
I don't know anything but plan to get one of the plain edge uncoated versions when available. It looks like a nice little folder.
 
I just picked one up today. The lock is solid, and the build looks good to me. The one issue is that it is pretty thick although it is light. I'll post some pictures later. It is has a really low price for a USA made knife. From what I have seen so far, it is a good deal, and an ideal work knife.
