The knife appears a couple times in the movie. It is one of the discontinued BM Spike knives, semi-serrated. You can see a blurry but obvious image of the BM logo when the knife is opened (i.e., it is not one of the Spike knockoffs).

I also noticed at the end of "Stigmata" there is a very quick glimpse of what looks like one of the Junglee folders with a thumb opening disk.

Yup, I just watched this movie with my girlfriend. I really enjoyed it, the benchmade was a nice touch.
