Benchmade is quick

This has got to set a world record for customer service!!! I just took delivery of three benchmades from PVK. One was missing the belt clip. I knew about it prior and figured I would just E-mail Benchmade for a new clip. Well, off went the E-mail and within thirty seconds my phone rang. Benchmade customer service. All apologies, eventhough the clip was "borrowed" and a new clip was already being readied for mailing to my home address. How's that for treating a customer!!!!!

Sorry, couldn't help myself. They're much, much better about sharpening than they were a couple of years ago. And they've always been good about fixing things like that. REKAT, take note!
