benchmade is this a 335 spl or a big spender

this knive looks like a pardue big spender...but has titanium handles and a black liner. I use it as a money clip. Tis a great knife thin light and sharp. Since it is no longer new in the box....is it still collectable?...does a knife have to be never used to be valuable?
