Absolutly. If it didn't I certainly would have mentioned it.
The knockout is brand new and flawless. It just rattles when the blade is open if you shake it. I have been told that a little rattle is very common in speedsafe blades. I just mentioned it in my listing because I am always very descriptive about every blade I sell. I would rather the folks that buy from me be happy, that's all.
