Benchmade Knife Designers

I have been doing a little bit of research, and trying to figure out who designed all the benchmade knives. Does anyone know the original designers of:

1. Rescue Hook
2. TSEK/AFCK
3. 100SH2O

Edit: I believe the TSEK/AFCK was an inhouse...ditto with the rescue hook.
