Benchmade Kuma Zume Recent Prices?

Does anyone have any idea what the production numbers were of this knife and is so what are their current values?

I have been lucky enough to find one in new condition but do not know if it is worth the $200 to $250 dollar asking price. I can still buy it Sunday as it was a great feeling knife but don't know about the price.

I can't tell you what the production numbers were, but I can provide some indirect insight about the value... Mine is not new, but is in excellent condition. I put it up for sale maybe six months ago at just over half that price and found no interest at all. :( Which leads me to believe that they may be asking a bit much.

I picked up mine last summer. Brand new in box, with all paperwork, warrenty papers, everything. Price: $125 I dont' think production numbers were extrememly high, but I'd say they're asking a bit much.

I've seen three for sale this year in the $85-125 range, all were nm or mib. It's a rare knife, but can still be found with enough looking.
