I own a Benchmade 10100 LFK (PE = plain edge?) To me, the biggest feature is the blade. A huge 5.2" 440c clip point, made from relatively thin stock for a megafolder, with a very thin hollow grind makes this a real slicer. With such a fine edge and point, it's NOT the knife you want for any prying/survival/abusive tasks, but for regular cutting tasks, it excels. It's a better slicer then any other megafolder I've tried (REKAT Sifu, CS Voyager, etc.) It has large thumb studs and is easy to open with either hand.
The knife comes with both a metal pocket clip and a nylon belt sheath so you can use either one---prefer pocket clips myself.
What I don't like so much is the handle and lock. The collapsing guard works well and is sturdy enough, but I wouldn't mind just having a large handle. It's a cool gimmick, but still, a gimmick. Also, I'm not a fan of the rubber/santoprene portions on the handle---rather they were something that wasn't so "grippy" in my pocket.
The knife uses a liner lock (probably my least favorite locking mechanism) and it's well, a typical liner lock. If you don't like them, the LFK won't change your mind.
Overall, I like the knife, it's not perfect, but for only costing $60, it's a great value.
