Benchmade mini grip

Help!!! I just bought a doug ritter mini grip from knifeworks, and i finally opened it up today. When i was messing with the bladeplay I accidentally stripped the pivot screw really bad, and the screw is so tight that the knife will not open. Ang suggestions on how I should fix/ handle this? Thanks!!

They have bits to Home Depot for striped out screws try using one then call benchmade tell them to send you new pivot screw.
