Benchmade mini infidel repair needed

I bought a Benchmade Infidel mini and about every fourth or fifth time trying to open it, it doesnt open completely. Me being noisey i tore into it and have no idea what's causing this problem. I'm willing to pay whatever to get it fixed. Benchmade won't touch it. Political reasons i guess. Anybody interested in helping out a new knife collector? Thanks for taking the time to read my post.

oiled it. seems to be better but still won't lock out when i open it sometimes

I'm guessing that you are not suppose to have that auto in your state? If you have a LEO friend or Military friend, they can send it in for you to get it fixed. Otherwise, if you are friends with a local dealer, they can also send it in for you.

What lube are you using? Some lubes are too thick for D/A OTF autos. Microtech uses Remoil at the factory, and I've always used Tuf-Glide on my OTFs with good results. Don't need much either, just on the flat part of the tang.
