Cotemplating picking one these up, any comments from owners current or previous? How do you think it compares to say a zero tolerance or other "harduse" knife? I have been looking at it and seems fairly stout?

I have a special edition 635 with a black handle and black blade. It is one of my favorite knives. It feels great in my hand. I love the S30V steel. The lock is like a vault. It feels like a much more expensive knife. I haven't been able to find an all black one again, but I think I'm going to order a regular one as a spare.

Compared to the zt0 its small and very manageable. Its hides in your pocket very well. But mini with a 3.5 inch blade is not very mini indeed. Its got a very ergonomic handle but the blade with its recurve is a bit funky looking, functionaly very good but still funky looking. Compared to the zt200 its very compact in all dimensions. I would say go for it.

I have the full size and its truly outstanding. Pretty much custom quality in a factory knife, in my opinion. Locks up "like a bank vault" as they say. I hope the mini is the same.

I also have the full size and have been thinking about the mini because I like it's brother so much. I don't care for the spiral 007 design though.

I bought one of those too, saw it on clearance and snatched it up.

I feel the same way , I'd like to get a plain version and save this one. It's definitely custom quality at a reasonable price.

It doesn't strike me as a "hard use" knfe, but then again it's made every bit as well as my Strider SnG ( except the pivot hardware).

Here's a pic of my knife next to a Native
