Benchmade mini skirmish

How do u guys like em? There's one at a local store for 175 but there's a chip in the blade so Im wondering if it's worth buying then sending it in to get fixed or sending to someone to sharpen It for me.
 
The Skirmish series is one of my favorite framelocks. $175.00 is a good price as I have seen these go for quite a bit higher. I would contact Benchmade and inquire about whether they have any replacement blades still left in stock. This knife has been out of production for a few years so parts might be getting a bit scarce.
 
It was the first of my several attempts to avoid a Sebenza. :D None of the attempts worked, but it's a fine knife and I still have mine. Boobar's advice on price and parts is right on. If you can get it rebladed or if the chip is not too large, it might be a good buy.
 
Ya it's a very small chip and im gonna go ahead and call benchmade in the morning to see if they would replace it. This is me trying to get something cheaper than a sebenza but im just too tempted to order one asap.
