I just completed a trade well not 100% since its not here yet but it will be here tomorrow. But I am just so excited to get this knife! What do you guys all think of it? And I actually have some questions, there are some scratches on the blade from being sharpened. Would Benchmade possibly buff out the scratches? It is one of the pre production models so i mean last resort i could get the blade replaced but i would lose the number on it. Any thoughts or answers?

Some love it and others hate it. I've read very few in between reviews. I do not own one, but have handled one.
Pros:
Sibert design
Steel choice
frame lock
grippy g10

Cons:
chunky for a small knife
weight
not too carry friendly
clip is a little awkward

There have been a couple threads on it that a quick search will turn up. There are quite a few people who like them and quite a few who don't.

Do you plan on using the knife? If so I wouldn't worry about some scratches on the blade. I also don't think the pre-production numbers are going to make the knife worth anymore and if you plan on using it then it will only demand a user price. Plus it has already been used so you can't sell it as NIB anymore. If you really want a new blade then you can buy one but I personally wouldn't worry about it unless it is just really messed up.

Maybe instead of getting a new blade you can get a Krein regrind and make it a better cutter since it is pretty thick and hefty.

I do plan on using it and i was thinking of doing a krein regrind so i might give that some thought once the knife comes in. This is my grail knife, or atleast one of them but i do use all of my knives regardless. Thanks for the input i appreciate it!

I think it is a great folder. I love mine. As mentioned above.....I wouldn't worry about the scratches at all if you are going to use it. Most pre-production Benchmades don't really ever become big collector's items anyone. There are a few but many people hate the numbered versions. Enjoy the 755 MPR!!!

Mine has replaced my 710 as an EDC. My 755, like all new knives so equipped here, got it's clip removed. I carry a Surefire E1b one CR123 LED flashlight clipped to a pants pocket - that's it. Pocket knives go in my pocket. My 755 had easily removed clips and left no evidence of it's having been on the knife - a plus for me. The blade length is great - heft and quality is greatly appreciated. Enjoy your new goodie!
