I just recently bought a Benchmade 551 griptilian. I’m from Australia so I can’t call there American number I just wanted one pocket clip but every time I email them they tell me I need to call them and send me a link

PLEASE CONTACT OUR INTERNATIONAL SALES TEAM AT INTERNATIONAL@BENCHMADE.COMWITH YOUR PARTS REQUEST. WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO PROCESS THESE REQUESTS OVER THE PHONE.
So I send a email to that email address and they reply back telling me to call them with the exact same message what am I supposed to do?
