Benchmade No international support

I just recently bought a Benchmade 551 griptilian. I’m from Australia so I can’t call there American number I just wanted one pocket clip but every time I email them they tell me I need to call them and send me a link

And it says
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
PLEASE CONTACT OUR INTERNATIONAL SALES TEAM AT INTERNATIONAL@BENCHMADE.COMWITH YOUR PARTS REQUEST. WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO PROCESS THESE REQUESTS OVER THE PHONE.

So I send a email to that email address and they reply back telling me to call them with the exact same message what am I supposed to do?

I really don't know what to tell you, other than keep trying at that email address. I am in Canada and have contacted them for a successful resolution at least 6 or 8 times and have received whatever I have requested.

I can say that I have never gotten any reply through their web contact form and have used the international@benchmade.com address successfully. However, it sometimes took a couple of attempts but it all worked out. Maybe you hit them at a bad time?
 
Go online and get a good quality non-BM clip!

I will if I have to but I’m in Australia and the shipping from the US is more expensive then the pocket clips worth. I don’t really want to be paying 50 usd plus on a pocket clip when the knife is only worth 110 usd. There’s no company in my country that sells replacement clips for Benchmade knifes. I guess I will just use this as an excuse to buy a different a knife.

I feel your pain and also scrapped the idea of any more bm knives
 
I was serious, if you can from Down Under- I googled something like- knife parts? Got a nice deep carry ti for my Bm 550 grip and a blue ti screw replacement set...

Also... we have some carry issues you may have heard about. Lol
I have used a mini grip with no clip so as not to be seen.......

Try this email address : i@benchmade.com
Previously when I emailed them at international@benchmade.com, they replied me promptly with this address. My last successful email contact with them was last week using this address.

Even in the USA chances are you won't get a response by filling out the BM web form. The email may or may not work. I had some email communications with Benchmade. The first one never got replied. The second one, after a couple of exchanges, also stopped for no reason. It seems they really prefer people to call them.

I did not realize you are international. Apologies.

I have placed the request for you. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and international delivery.
So all good I did email the international address but must have been a glitch.
