Benchmade on Ebay or is it?

Look at this Benchmade on Ebay,,,,never saw one with the logo before that seems to be a fake....what do you guys think? He does not say it is a Benchmade but the logo is clear in the pics.....:jerkit:...280030887547
 
I assumed as much....I wasn't looking to buy it, but I was amazed that he used their logo.....I am surprised that Benchmade has not gone after him.....
 
He is in China. So these are nothing what Benchmade or any US companies can do.
Welcome to communism. I can be wrong, but I believe that this is unofficial Chinese policy "screw Americans as many times as you can". Pardon for my language. And they are very successful at this.
 
The Chinese government does not acknowledge copyright or patents issued anywhere on the globe, and as such, the companies there rip off computer design, automotive design, and any other design that they want. They don't incur the R&D costs, they don't have the same production costs as a lot of other countries, and because the US and Canada don't have sufficient testicular fortitude to impose stiff import taxes or outright deny the importation of goods produced with stolen intellectual property, they just keep doing it.

It's like having a child that you catch having his hand in the cookie jar, and then not only not scolding him, but BUYING the cookies from him.
