Hey. I know you're not supposed to disassemble benchmade knives because it voids the warranty, but I wanted to coat the blade on mine so I did it.
Fairly certain I can re-assemble it easily but was wondering if anyone had a link to a good assembly guide for the Pika II? -or any lockback knives for that matter.
Thanks for the help

lockbacks are pretty easy, just take out the pivot pin and you can pull the blade out, just don't lose the washers.

To put it back in, you depress the rocker bar, and just wiggle the blade into position and insert the pivot pin... easier if you have someone to help you with that part.

Have you tried YouTube? There's videos for everything there. I look too and if I find anything I post it up.

Here's a lockback.

Thanks aquaman. Actually I did see that video but the lockback construction is a bit different and it turns out it wasn't helpful.
It ended up being a bit of a hassle but I got the knife back together and it looks great. Titanium handles and blade are now a beautiful flat black.
I might make a video. If I do I'll post the link here.

thanks for the help
