Benchmade pocket clips

Hey guys I apologize in advance if this has already been discussed. I requested a couple of pocket clips a couple of weeks ago and received an email promptly stating that they'd ship it out within a week. Well that was about a week and a half ago, I assumed they'd email me a confirmation but I guess since it's free they don't. Just wanting to know that my order didn't get lost, should I just wait or contact them again? Thanks!
 
Just wait. If they said within a week it's really only been 2-3 days from potential shipment. Patience is a virtue my friend
 
Advice; give 'em a call at 800-800-7427. Ask for Customer Service. We usually get a much faster response following that route. G'luck!
 
Alright I'll just wait it out, a bit impatient because I snapped my deep carry clip I had on my mini-grip, which I'd acquired from an acquaintance of mine.

Yeah next time would just call. Never emailed them and never will. I wouldn't email any company cause calling them your sure to get an answer/results immediately.
Every time ordered clips by phone have arrived within a week. Sure they"ll get there soon.
 
I was pretty amazed with how fast mine arrived, but as jkarp_53 recommended above, I called them. Also, they're in Oregon, I'm in Concord, CA. It only took a few days, USPS shipping.

I just emailed them and they came in the mail. I don't remember how long it took. But if you're patient they'll just show up one day.
 
I used to email them for everything, with quick results, but as of late the emails have been lagging, and phone calls are probably twice as fast.. still some great CS from one of the best company..
 
I called and got them in like four days. I'm in Ohio. Called twice and took four days twice.

They were really nice on the phone. I offered to buy them, they insisted on sending them for free.
 
man what am I doing wrong? I will call again Monday. Same thing happened for me with Kershaw. Called them twice for Blur parts and both times the lady I talked to happily told me they would ship in the next 48 hours. Stopped even trying after that. Those are some nice clips above!
