Does BM charge for their pocket clips just wondering because I know that Spyderco does charge for them and also does Kershaw charge for pocket clips?

Benchmade.....no charge for clips
Kershaw......no charge for clips or parts
Spyderco.....charge for clips, not sure about anything else

I've asked for a lot of extra parts from Kershaw, and they were very willing to send me extra stuff like torsion bars, screws, and clips for free. Awesome folks, they always have my business.

Kershaw seems to be one of the only companies that actively encourages people to disassemble their own knives--as they should! When they send you a torsion bar (to replace it yourself!) they even tend to throw in one of their little torx-bit sets!

+1

They sent me more stuff than I asked for...and fast!

I did not know that about benchmade. I know they do offer the life sharp guarentee. I just sent my Infidel in for a cleaning and sharpening.
I've been eyeing the clip on my rukus I think it's begining to get a little bent outward, maybe I'll be looking for a clip in the future, good info to know.

On a side note about kershaw: I was at my mom's house and found a Kershaw wildcat ridge with the blade broken in half, they were going to throw it away. I said lemme check on that, mailed it in to kershaw, and recieved a brand NIB replacement knife, with sheath and everything. I have to give them respect for that.

Really?

I always just get the parts I ordered.

Not that I am complaining about that though!
