Benchmade proto and kotm

I recently picked up a Benchmade 885 August Knife of the Month, a 940 prototype, a 914fs Rescue Stryker prototype, and a 12400 prototype. I'm just looking for info on how many were made and such. I emailed benchmade but it's been over a week without an answer. Any info would be appreciated.

I think the Knife Of The Month series were at 1000 each. I used to own the 940 KOTM Blue, and regret giving it up.
