Benchmade question

G'day Fellas, I just recieved the latest Benchmade catalog in the mail and noticed that even though they are still producing all the Allen Elishewitz folders, his name is not mentioned anywhere and does not appear on any of the blades as in the past.

Do any of you know what is going on here?

BM has just made a general shift from advertising their designers, I don't think this is a particularly good idea, but it's their call.

Allen is no longer collaborating with Benchmade. I recall that there was a falling out of sorts and he will no longer design knives for BM nor will BM ask him to. I could be wrong, but that is what I heard.

EDIT - on second thought, I won't use such sarcasm. But don't worry, KV, it wasn't aimed at you. Yes, from what I understand there was a falling out. I don't think Elishewitz was happy with the way he was being treated. It wasn't the first time a collaborator didn't appreciate the treatment they received...
