Does anyone have this knife and what do you think about it? I would just use it as an everyday utility knife, nothing fancy. thanks.

I own a 440C Rant DPT and I'm very pleased with it. I only handled a Bowie - the handle is the same, the blade shape and a leather sheath (DPT's sheath is made of Black Ballistics Nylon) are only differences. DPT blade is a 0.5'' longer.
DPT is a good and not so expensive light/medium duty knife for cutting.
No ripping car doors, no hanging on it - just cutting "everyday stuff", like food, paper, plastic film, cardboard, cables, some wood
Edge retention is on the 440C Griptilian level, also good. If You got one in N690, then - lucky You
I have a N690 monochrome and I'm very pleased with it too. If the edge retention is better - maybe a little...
