Benchmade Rant Fixed blade... yes/no?

i see this as a low cost fixed blade with a good company backing it, made in the usa with a sleek look and leather sheath... has anyone yet tried this knife? i cant use search or i'd look.

I got the chance to play around with one and I thought it was really nice. Price was good too. That was one of the Rants before they started to produce them in the US thought so I don't know how the new ones are. Can't be worse though cept a higher price tag.

I got one recently, made in the USA.
A nice heavy piece of 440C with a very comfortable handle - different blade shape than shown in your picture.
Seems to be very well put together, too.

Great value knife IMO.
