Benchmade Rukus Error?

I have two Benchmade Rukus, one with the Blackwood logo and one without. All the Rukus I'v seen have this logo accept mine. Does anyone know if this is an error? Thanks for any help.

No .......when Neil and Benchmade parted ways .....Benchmade was still making variation of the Ruckus except the logo could no longer be used....
