Benchmade screw thread sizes

Does anyone happen to know the thread size for the screws in Benchmade knives?

Specifically, mini griptilian & nitrous stryker.

I "think" they are 2-56, but I don't have the correct comparing tools here.

Do you have any screws that you know are 2-56 ? If you do, see if the threads line up. If they are the same size they will line up and nest together nicely. I use this technique at work where they are too cheap to buy a pitch guage.

What you could do is take one of the screws to a hardware store and try a 2-56 nut on the screw. If it screws on fine, then you have your answer. FWIW, IIRC it is a 2-56.
