Does anyone know when/where one might purchase a BM-42S (Benchmade Balisong with blue anodized Ti handles and Serrated blade)?

I believe you are actually looking for a 42AS, not a 42S. Well, I just got rid of a first production run piece, wish you had asked a while ago. You have posted in the 2 best places to find one though, here and in the wanted forum. If nothing comes up there, you might try Cutlery Works Unlimited in Ft. Wayne, IN. It is a retail store and has retail prices, but they usually have these in stock. The phone number is 219-484-3330, and the webpage is worthless so I won't list it. Sean is the owner and probably the guy you want to talk to.

You can also buy direct from Benchmade's website now, at MSRP of course. I don't know if they have the 42A's or not, but it'd be a good place to look.
