I picked one up on a trade. It has never been used or carried. Its NIB. its # 702/1000. I am most likely going to sell or trade the knife but I have no idea of the current market value. I got it with a slew of other knives and it was kind of an add on at the end of the deal. could anyone help me with a good starting point. If this is against the rules i apologize I didn't see it in the stickies

I think it is ok to ask about value since you are a gold member, but I am not sure either. Which of the four versions is it (plain or partially serrated / satin or black blade)? I don't think it being a first production will add any value but the fact that it is a desirable discontinued model in new condition should make it easy to sell.

I'd say on the low end $170 and the very high end $225.00 depending of course on condition and version. For some being a first production add's value but the general consensus is it does not.

The problem is it really hasn't been discontinued long enough to command (rare secondary market prices) yet but it still has good value.

Hope this helps. You can do a search here and see what they have been selling for on the exchange. That and ebay completed sales. Will give you a better idea of what people have been paying for them.

Best of luck!

The satin plain edge versions' got more value over serrated and coated IMO. It's a great knife. Prices are pretty accurate (in good condition and with the box...) as said above.
