I love Tomahawks, they're my favorite weapons/tools. Is the Benchmade hawk so superior for the price tag of $400 dollars? If you've ever had any experience with it, what made it so good?

Well, for one thing, the BM can be had for around 230-240. Secondly, It's a great breaching hawk, and if you plan to use it for, say, outdoors stuff, you'll have to have the edge taken up. You can run your finger down the edge and not cut yourself. As for fighting, it's a bit heavy for that, but you can seriously screw up somebody's day with it if you contact. I think it's worth it, took my edge up a bit, didn't want it shaving sharp, but sharp enough to chop wood, not break it.
