I dont know if this has been posted before, but i just happened to stumble across Benchmades Youtube channel. Theyve uploaded a few videos of their knives being tested cutting different materials, wedge tests, lock strength, etc. Some knives have specific tests, like the 916SBK being subjected to a pry test or the 810 Contego having a lock stop test.

Entertaining stuff. I didnt realise they were so tough.

Here is the channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/bkcompany/videos?view=0

The 810 Contego

The Volli. Im impressed how such a thin blade handles the wedge test.

The 916SBK. Ive got the 915. Tough knife.

I found another old thread that rocks, the contego blade sure is tough.

I have seen these videos many times. Nice videos indeed.
I was just thinking about the guy's arm... Always shaved in the tests.
Should he awaits some time to make these tests of this reason?
:D

Joking but these are serious knives. Love them all

Lol about the arm hair, I shouldn't laugh my arms have bald spots from testing sharpness too ha. I couldn't believe how the contego blade returned to true after that chatillion tester attempted to break it. Amazing
