Anyone know how long it takes to receive a warranty replacement pivot screw and pocketclip from benchmade?

If you call and order it, it will probably only take 5-7 days. They ship perrty quick. Of course it could take little longer if they are really busy.
The last time I ordered clips I think it was 6 days... I wouldn't send an e-mail though. I have in the past and they replied very quickly, but others have said they sent e-mails and it took awhile for them to reply.

When sending a knife for warranty work do they usually let you know what's going on ar just fix and return

They (Benchmade) always list what was done on the paperwork returned with the knife. That way there's a record kept.

I'm not sure because I've never sent one in for warranty work. I see you live in the UK, so depending on what the knife needs, they may be willing to work with you and send you the part because of the time and expense of shipping the knife to them.

Did you just request the parts or did you send in the knife?

If you requested parts via the phone expect them within a couple of weeks.

If you mailed the knife in the current turnaround right now is 2-4 business days (M-F) and then up to a week once it ships back to you depending on where you live. The closer you are to them the faster you get it as they use UPS ground. I live on the East Coast and it always takes about a week, give or take a day for me to get my knife once it ships.

Also, I usually get an e-mail that they received my knife and what the expected turnaround time is.

Hope this helps.

Ahh, I've not had a mail and the knife was delivered to them on 27th, I may give them a call.
Edit - just called them, it's in the post which a new M390 blade :D
