benchmade warranty

hey guys,

i just got my BM 42 from an auction and had a question about the warranty. It came NIB and has all of the waranty papers but i don't know what to write as the dealer/vendor that i got it from. The warranty is for the original owner only so i dont want to write that it was an auctioned item.

What should i do??

simple answer, do what I always do

just say it was a "gift"

that way, you don't know who bought it, where they bought it from, or how much they paid for it
