Benchmade warranty.

The pocket clip on my Pika II broke and I was wondering what the policy is on red class knives.
Do you think they would send me a replacement clip?

I got a replacement clip and it wasn't part of the work i requested. I can't speculate as to what benchmade would do for you. I think it would be best to just ask benchmade and if needed send it in with the warranty paperwork outlining your request.

I just didn't know about the knives made in China.

Red Class makes no difference. They will cover it. I would call, email is not a reliable form of communication.

OK, thank you for that information.
That knife is to big to carry in the pocket, I miss my pocket clip.
Benchmade should reply in two days, if not I will give them a call.

They're typically a couple weeks behind on answering emails. I would give them a call. I think they are still using that clips on several others knives so getting a replacement shouldn't be a problem.
 
My clip arrived today. :D
I installed it and my pika II is as good as new.
Benchmade has the BEST customer service!
