Benchmade with Royalty

First post here!

Hi all,
As all of you are, I have a great passion for blades :cool: . I have been a long time viewer of this forum but non participator due to the fact that it’s very difficult to find good quality products in the local market here (Jordan), and if there are any the prices are 3xtimes the original retail price :eek: , So I just kept reading reviews and enjoying images!
Anyways, I wanted to share with you a couple of photos of our king wearing a customized polo shirt with the Benchmade Bedlam stitched on it! How cool is that!! Those photos were taken a couple of weeks ago in Amman- Jordan at a local occasion.

It's prob day/month/year.
I've seen a few over seas (Asia) products with expiration dates listed that way.
 
Time machine!

Some say that the 860 Bedlam was designed for him and he had some input. Not sure how much truth there is behind it, but I've seen photos of the 860 or 8600 he has his royal guard carry. Very nice.
 
Yeppp!! its day/month/year over here.

Ten days ago we had in Jordan a Special OPs exhibition called SOFEX, and I'm pretty sure Benchmade among other manufacturers were invited to participate, and yes the royal guards carry the Bedlams with the crown insignia etched on the blade.

Normally I would never necro thread,,,but this is HIGHLY relevant now .
My boss has known the King for a while (not entirely sure how), and had him and his family over for dinner a week or more ago.
My boss' assistant texts me and says that he gave the King a Murray Carter as a gift, and so the King pulls this out and gave it to him! I'd never heard of the model until I was googling it. He said he would get more pics for me, but here it is.
A true one off!

Yes, pure awesomeness. That is one of Benchmades best knives IMO.
