I have had only 2 opportunities to engage Benchmade's customer service, and both were awesome. The first time, Benchmade paid my shipping to have a Contego's glass breaker replaced, and the knife was returned to me promptly. More recently, I requested a deep clip for a 940, and it was sent to me without charge. Awesome.

Benchmade knows how to do customer service.

Rock on.

I agree!! I sent an email two weeks ago asking for three of their low profile pocket clips and received them yesterday at no cost. And they look GOOD on my three 710's :)

Benchmade service is the best IMHO!!!!!!! No one comes even remotely close I my experience

... I have had to return knives to all the other big names and I think that Benchmade should get our business irregardless of recent price changes. It is worth it ! They deserve our business!

When sending knives in for warranty repairs, the thing I appreciate most about BM's customer service,
is that they send an e-mail, confirming that they have received your knife.
Can't say the same for Spyderco.

That's awesome, I've got screws and washers for a morpho before, a company that stands behind their products and their customers is to be admired:thumbup:

Too many free pocket clips and parts....that explains the price increase.

I've had all good experiences with them as well. Even one I sent back twice for a stripped liner when it wasn't replaced the first time. They just put a new screw in thinking it was the screw. It was the liner. Second time fixed it up. They were very open minded and covered the shipping on the second run.
